At Kota Paradiso Farm, we’re acting quickly to respond with new offers to help our amazing customers navigate these challenging times. One such initiative is our recently introduced curbside pickup option. With curbside pickup, you can skip the shipping rates and pick up online orders curbside, at our family-run organic farm.
How does curbside pickup work?
As an alternative to having your shopping shipped to your home, you can use our curbside pickup service to buy items online and collect them from our farm shop.
When you arrive at out farm shop, one of our colleagues will assist you with your order . All in all, it's a great way to reduce shipping costs and minimize person-to-person interactions without compromising on convenience or flexibility.
Here is an overview of how our curbside pickup experience works:
- Place an order on Kota Paradiso Farm and pay online as you normally would.
- Once we receive your order, our personal shoppers will begin preparing it ready for collection.
- We'll email you when it’s ready for pickup and provide any other relevant instructions (such as our farm shop hours and phone number to call when you arrive).
- You then come to pick up your order.
- That’s it, you're done!
